1. General Information
Welcome to the Affiliate Shop ("Shop") — an integral part of the Pin-Up Partners Loyalty Program ("Program"), exclusively available to verified affiliates. By accessing or using the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Only approved and active affiliates participating in the Program are eligible to use the Shop. The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time without prior notice.
3. Pincoins (Virtual Currency)
Pincoins are an internal, non-transferable loyalty currency used exclusively within the Pin-Up Partners ecosystem. They hold no real-world financial value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred outside of the Program.
3.1 Earning Pincoins
You may earn Pincoins through the following methods:
3.1.1. Driving traffic (First Deposits, Player Bets)
You earn Pincoins by generating traffic according to your active offer type:
- CPA Offers
Pincoins are credited only for approved first deposits (FDs).
Formula: displayed in your affiliate dashboard only. - RevShare Offers
Pincoins are credited from approved new FDs and player bets starting from the Shop launch date.
Formula: displayed in your affiliate dashboard only. - Hybrid Offers
Pincoins are credited based on both CPA and betting volume.
Formula: displayed in your affiliate dashboard only.
Pincoin balances are updated according to the payout and reporting schedule relevant to each model.
All formulas, rates, and balance breakdowns are available exclusively within the affiliate dashboard. They are considered the only valid and enforceable source of truth regarding Pincoin accrual.
3.2.2. Completing quests
The Loyalty Program includes various quests, accessible within your affiliate dashboard.
- Carefully follow all instructions.
- Each submission is reviewed manually by program administrators.
- Pincoins are credited only if the quest is 100% completed and verifiable proof is provided.
- Every quest has a deadline. Submissions after the deadline will be rejected, regardless of content.
3.3.3. Being active in the ecosystem
Pincoins may also be earned through participation in:
- Community discussions;
- Content creation and engagement;
- Internal campaigns and initiatives.
The criteria and rewards for such participation are discretionary and may vary.
3.2 Confidentiality & Restriction on Sharing
All Pincoin formulas, accrual rules, rates, and internal mechanics are considered confidential information of the Program.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, publishing, discussing, or disclosing any formulas, screenshots, examples, or logic related to Pincoin calculations outside of the affiliate dashboard.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Public or private forums;
- Social media or Telegram groups;
- Communication with third parties or competitors;
- Use in disputes or complaints without explicit Program consent.
Violation of this clause may result in:
- Suspension or termination of the affiliate’s account;
- Resetting of Pincoin balance;
- Permanent disqualification from the Loyalty Program.
3.3 Adjustments & Disputes
Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to:
- Adjust accrual rates, formulas, or redemption value of Pincoins at any time;
- Reject incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable quest submissions;
- Recalculate balances in case of technical errors or abuse.

4. Quests
The Loyalty Program offers special quests as a way to earn additional Pincoins.
4.1 Conditions of Completion
- Each quest includes detailed conditions and may require specific actions (e.g., content creation, technical tasks, reporting).
- Quests must be fully completed and supported by valid, verifiable proof (e.g., screenshots, links, stats) as outlined in the instructions.
- Only quests that are 100% completed and pass manual review by the program administrators are eligible for Pincoin rewards.
- If proof is missing, incomplete, or does not match requirements — Pincoins will not be awarded.
4.2 Deadlines and Expiration
- Each quest has a defined expiration date, which represents the final deadline for submission.
- Submissions after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Timely submitted quests may still be reviewed and accepted after the deadline — if they were sent before it.
5. Redemption of Pincoins
Pincoins may be exchanged for various rewards listed in the Affiliate Shop catalog, including digital items, physical goods, event access, or charitable contributions.
5.1 General Redemption Rules
- All redemptions are subject to current item availability.
- The Company may, at any time, remove, replace, or limit the number of items, without prior notice.
- Items may be restricted by region or quantity. Pin-Up Partners will contact you if we have any issues in order execution via email or your manager.
- Item descriptions may specify regional packaging differences, delivery formats, or fulfillment methods.
Example:
Delivered branded with a gift case in Zone A; shipped from a local supplier in Zone B.
Experience vouchers or third-party services listed in the Shop are subject to availability, region, and provider terms. Pin-Up Partners is not liable for service execution or scheduling failures on the provider's side.
5.2 Abuse & Misuse Prevention
Any abuse of the Shop interface or redemption process — including bot activity, excessive claims, or manipulation — may result in:
- Suspension of access to the Shop;
- Resetting of the affiliate’s Pincoin balance;
- Exclusion from the Loyalty Program.
6. Digital Items
Digital rewards (such as gift cards, vouchers, digital subscriptions, software licenses, or e-tickets) will be delivered via email to the address specified by the affiliate when submitting the order.
6.1 Delivery Terms
- Digital items will be sent from:
affiliate-shop@pin-up.partners - Delivery will occur within a reasonable time after order confirmation, but no exact delivery time is guaranteed.
- Responsibility lies solely with the affiliate to ensure that their email address is accurate, accessible, and capable of receiving attachments or links.
6.2 No Return / Refund
All digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
- Accidental orders;
- Misuse or non-activation by the affiliate;
- Spam filters or mailbox misconfiguration.
- Experience vouchers (e.g., excursions, activities, services from third-party providers) are also non-refundable.
The Company is not responsible for the quality, availability, or safety of third-party services redeemed via experience vouchers. All such services are subject to the provider's own terms and liability.
6.3 Prohibited Uses
Resale or transfer of gift cards, promo codes, or digital vouchers obtained through the Shop is strictly prohibited.
Any such misuse may lead to:
- Pincoin balance reset;
- Account sanctions;
- Removal from the Loyalty Program.
7. Physical Items and Shipping
Affiliates may redeem Pincoins for physical products (e.g., electronics, merchandise, accessories), which will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
7.1 Delivery Responsibility
The affiliate is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including:
- Full name;
- Street address;
- Postal code;
- Contact phone number;
- Region or country.
The Company assumes no liability for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address data;
- Missed or unclaimed shipments.
7.2 Timing & Fulfilment
Delivery time depends on
- Stock availability;
- Logistics and shipping region.
Some items may be fulfilled through local suppliers, while others may be shipped internationally.
Item descriptions may specify:
- “Delivered branded with accessories in Zone A”;
- “Standard retail packaging via local courier in Zone B”.
Branded packaging is not guaranteed in all regions and depends on local fulfillment options.
7.3 Customs & Duties
- Depending on the delivery region, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
- These charges will be covered by the Company unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If customs clearance or delivery fails due to affiliate inaction or rejection, the reward will be cancelled without refund.
7.4 Order Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed by an affiliate at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:
- The provided delivery or account information is incomplete, incorrect, or raises reasonable suspicion (e.g., fraud, multi-accounting, or system manipulation);
- The item is no longer available for fulfillment or delivery;
- Fulfilling the order would violate internal limits, policies, or compliance requirements of the Company;
- Legal, logistical, or technical constraints prevent the order from being processed.
In the event of cancellation, the corresponding amount of Pincoins will be returned to the affiliate's balance in their dashboard.
Notification of the cancellation and the reason will be displayed in the “My Orders” section or sent to the email address registered in the affiliate’s profile.
7.5 Condition & Exceptions
All physical items redeemed via the Affiliate Shop are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in these Terms.
Exception — Electronics & Gadgets see Section 8.2 for detailed return conditions applicable to electronics.
8. Refund & Return Policy
8.1 General Rule
All redemptions in the Affiliate Shop are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted — except in the limited cases described below.
Charity donations or contributions made via the Shop are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
8.2 Exceptions — Physical Items Only
A refund, exchange, or replacement may be offered only in the following limited cases:
- The item was visibly damaged during delivery, and this is confirmed by appropriate visual evidence (e.g., high-resolution photos, unboxing video);
- The item has a clear manufacturing defect, such as:
- Broken screens or damaged components in gadgets;
- Missing essential parts that prevent usage.
- Electronics that do not function out of the box;
This exception applies only to electronics and fragile high-value items (e.g., smartphones, laptops, tablets, headphones).
All other physical items are final and non-returnable.
In case of damage or defect:
- The affiliate must contact affiliate-shop@pin-up.partners within 5 calendar days of receiving the item;
- The request must include:
- A description of the issue;
- Photographic or video evidence clearly showing the problem;
- (If possible) retained original packaging for verification;
- The Company will assess the claim and may, at its sole discretion:
- Offer a replacement or substitute of equal or greater value;
- Refund the corresponding Pincoin amount to the affiliate's account;
- Request return shipment for inspection (at the Company’s expense, if required).
Failure to submit sufficient proof within the 5-day window will result in the request being declined.
8.3 No Refunds — Digital Items
Digital items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any condition, including:
- Incorrect orders or duplicated submissions;
- Expired or deactivated email addresses;
- Misuse of codes or software;
- Affiliate’s inability to use the digital product.
8.4 No Resale
Affiliates are prohibited from reselling, exchanging, or transferring any rewards obtained from the Affiliate Shop, including:
- Gift cards;
- Voucher codes;
- Devices or merchandise.
Violations may result in:
- Reward cancellation;
- Pincoin forfeiture;
- Affiliate account penalties.
9. Pricing and Availability
9.1 Dynamic Pricing
All prices listed in the Shop are denominated in Pincoins and may:
- Be changed at any time without prior notice;
- Vary between affiliates based on geo, status, or Shop version.
The Company does not guarantee pricing consistency across regions, currencies, or user types.
9.2 Product Availability
- Items listed in the Shop are available while supplies last.
- Availability may differ depending on the affiliate’s shipping region.
The Company may:
- Temporarily or permanently remove items from the catalog;
- Restrict access to certain rewards based on delivery restrictions or local laws.
9.3 Substitutions
In rare cases where the selected item is unavailable, the Company may:
- Offer a substitute of comparable or greater value;
- Or cancel the order and return the Pincoins.
The affiliate will be informed of any substitution or cancellation via the “My Orders” section or by email.
10. Exclusive Rewards & Events
The Affiliate Shop may offer access to exclusive non-material rewards, including but not limited to:
- Invitations to private parties or VIP dinners;
- Participation in poker tournaments, travel experiences, or brand activations;
- High-value gifts or customized experiences (e.g. yacht weekends).
10.1 Qualification Criteria
Access to exclusive rewards may require:
- Completion of specific quests;
- Achievement of performance benchmarks (e.g. volume of FDs, retention rates, traffic quality);
- Historical activity and engagement with the Loyalty Program.
Each offer may contain custom requirements visible in the reward description.
10.2 Participation Is Not Guaranteed
- Participation in these events or experiences is not guaranteed;
- Final selection is made by the Company at its sole discretion;
- Available slots may be limited and subject to pre-screening, legal restrictions, or geo limitations.
The Company may revoke participation without compensation in case of:
- Fraud suspicion;
- Inability to confirm identity or legal eligibility;
- Violation of Program rules.
11. Manipulation & Misuse
To protect the integrity of the Loyalty Program and its benefits, the Company enforces a strict anti-abuse policy.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
11.1 Forbidden Activities
- Multi-accounting (creating or using more than one affiliate account to earn additional Pincoins);
- Artificial inflation of quest or traffic metrics (e.g. fake users, bot activity);
- Sharing or selling Shop rewards;
- Exploiting interface vulnerabilities or automation (bots/scripts) to perform redemptions;
- Circumventing regional or pricing restrictions by using third parties.
11.2 Sanctions
If manipulation, fraud, or abuse is detected — confirmed or suspected — the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Suspend or permanently block the affiliate account;
- Revoke access to the Affiliate Shop;
- Reset the affiliate's Pincoin balance;
- Cancel any pending or fulfilled redemptions;
- Disqualify the affiliate from future loyalty campaigns.
In such cases, the decision of the Company is final and not subject to review.
12. Modifications & Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Affiliate Shop or the entire Loyalty Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
12.1 Scope of Changes
This includes but is not limited to:
- Adjustments in the reward catalog;
- Changes in Pincoin formulas or redemption logic;
- Discontinuation of certain Shop functionalities;
- Suspension of the entire Loyalty Program.
12.2 No Compensation
The Company shall not be held liable for:
- Any losses (real or perceived) resulting from changes to the Shop or Program;
- Unredeemed Pincoins after Shop closure or termination;
- Missed opportunities due to expired or canceled quests or offers.
All modifications become effective once published in the affiliate dashboard or Shop interface. Continued use of the Shop constitutes acceptance of such changes.
13. Privacy
Your participation in the Affiliate Shop is subject to the data handling terms outlined in the Pin-Up Partners Privacy Policy, available on the official affiliate portal.
By using the Shop and engaging in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for purposes including:
- Program administration;
- Fulfillment of redemptions;
- Communication about orders or rewards;
- Internal analysis and fraud prevention.
The Company may process personal data such as:
- Email addresses;
- Delivery information;
- Order history;
- Affiliate performance metrics.
Your data will not be shared with third parties outside the fulfillment and platform infrastructure, unless required by law.

14. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held liable for:
- Delays in delivery of rewards (physical or digital);
- Loss, damage, or misdelivery caused by inaccurate information provided by the affiliate;
- Technical errors or interruptions in Shop access;
- Any consequences resulting from participation in the Loyalty Program or use of rewards;
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, customs delays, or third-party failures.
The affiliate assumes full responsibility for:
- Ensuring eligibility to participate;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account;
- Compliance with applicable laws in their region.
All participation in the Program and usage of rewards is voluntary and at the affiliate’s own risk.

Response time may vary depending on ticket volume and request complexity. The standard timeframe for support responses is 3–5 business days.
16. Language Versions
These Terms & Conditions are available in English.
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail and be considered legally binding.
